I had such an incredible holiday in Sennen this August 2025 and it had a lot to do with this wonderful house, Polgweder. It's beautiful, modern clean and luxurious. It is so well located being a short walk down to the beach which meant that we hardly had to drive at all during the week. The view of the beach from the house is unreal.I will definitely stay again if I ever get the opportunity.

A beautiful house in a stunning location. So much attention to detail made for a very pleasant stay. I could sit for hours looking out of the living room window watching the waves roll up the beach. The walk along the coast to Lands End was fabulous. Everyone in the village was very friendly, it's such a lovely place.

Stunning location

What a gem. The house is perfectly located for a short walk in to Sennen and with views across Whitesand/Gwynver. At the top of the road you are on the coastal path. House is very well stocked with everything you need. We will definitely be back!

House with sea views

Clean and contemporary property with stunning views over looking Sennen Cove. Beds were very comfortable and good cooking facilities. Easy access to all that Sennen Cove has to offer we were lucky enough to watch the launch of the life boat. Over all I would recommend this property to friends and family.

The sound of the surf.

This is a lovely property- well presented, well equipped and clean. You can be at the harbour and beach in minutes by walking down a little path or you can drive to the car park by the beach. The host is very quick to address any issues too. The views from this house are amazing and you can enjoy them from the little terrace or the dining table whilst having your meal. Most of all I like to go to sleep at night listening to the sound of the surf - the song of the sea.

Relaxing stay

A wonderful house to easily explore Wild West Cornwall; instant access to the coast path for great walk to Land’s End and down to fab beach at Sennen Cove. Only 10-15 mins from larger supermarkets in Penzance. Recommend the pizza van in SC and Fisherman’s Arms in Newlyn.

Relaxing week at in Sennen Cove

Had a lovely relaxing week down in Sennen, house was absolutely lovely with all new and modern appliances, plus hot shower and comfortable beds. Loved gazing out of the main living room window overlooking the beach below. Managed to get two cars parked on the hard standing too which was great! Walk back up the hill from Sennen Cove was under 7 mins, as was the trip to the Spar shop in the opposite direction. Fish & Chips were best from the Cove rather the one next to the Spar shop (which being newly opened suspect will get better in time). Loved the wine fridge in the kitchen too :-)

Magical house, magical location!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house - the second week spent with our friends from Arizona. They absolutely loved being so close to the ocean. It was such a treat, and after two weeks we just didn't want to leave. Thank you Jules!

Just perfection

Loved Polgweder, a beautiful house in the perfect location with amazing views. The house had everything you could possibly need and is beautifully styled with a light airy feel yet cosy in the evening with clever lighting. Sennen is a perfect fishing village with great pubs, local shops and cafes. The beach is beautiful and the surf is spectacular. Love it here.

Terrific home, splendid location

Polgweder exceeded our expectation! It is tastefully decorated, well equipped, in a great location with amazing views of Sennen Cove. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to revisit in the future.
