"We had a really lovely stay at the Cart Lodge in early October. The hosts kindly left us some local bread, eggs, jam and biscuits which was a lovely welcome. Everything was very clean and well looked after. The beds very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and warm. Firewood had been provided, however we didn't need to use it. TV had lots of options. It would be nice to have an earlier check in time than 4pm, but everything with the property and hosts was fantastic. "

"The cottage is fine and it is in a nice location BUT the details of the cottage listed on the Expedia website and Sykes Cottages are different and misleading. Expedia shows the cottage to be within the Penzance city centre & 8 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The cottage is 8 miles (13 kms.) from the Penzance city centre. "La reserva a través de la página fue muy rápida. No obstante, un mes después, llegué al alojamiento el día de la entrada y en la misma puerta me cancelaron la reserva. No puedo opinar del alojamiento porque no llegué a hacer el chekin. Quiero manifestar el problema con mi reserva y el perjuicio que me causó. Venía de un largo viaje y estaba en un país distinto al mío; en temporada alta y con todos los alojamientos ocupados. No sé dónde está el origen del problema pero estas cosas no pueden...
