Perfect Family Vacation Spot in Perdido Key! Private beach access and pool.


  • If a family vacation at the beach is your plan, then this is the spot for you! Private Beach access, separate pool, deck with grill, outdoor shower, beach AND bay views! We even have a boat launch nearby if you want to bring your boat! Make yourself at home, with both bedrooms on the same floor and there's even a loft with extra space. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms and there is a half bath on the main level as well. Fully furnished, all you need to bring is your swim suits, food, and family.

    One bedroom has a bunk that is twin over queen and the master bedroom has a queen bed. The loft can be corded off or can sleep two more. Open floorplan with large kitchen island. The lIving room has a sectional sofa and opens to a private deck overlooking the pool. Neighborhood is very safe and secure with neighbors who live in Perdido year round.

    Great privacy, but still in the middle of everything with out the noisy neighbors. Grocery store and restaurants are only minutes away.

    Discounted monthly rates October 15 - March 31 for Snowbirds!!!

Nice and quiet location

Condo was as advertised in the pictures and listing. The location is great and you don’t have all the chaos of a large complex.

Perdido Key vacation

Great location; lots of amenities; pool was awesome. Loved our stay. Very easy check in process. Close to everything but isolated enough to feel exclusive. It was as good as advertised.

Family vacation

Overall, we had a great time on our trip! The house is a bit more run down than the images show, but it met our needs and the beach was perfect. Our host was responsive to messages and easy going.

Great Place Close to the Beach

Our family with two small children had a great stay here! The beach is a short walk away and the we almost always had the pool to ourselves during our stay. The property is a little dated, but was just fine for our family. We had one issue during our stay that the owner addressed quickly and fully. We would stay here again!

amazing!

This was absolutely one of the best experiences! Right in the middle of most everything you need, turn right out of the drive and you could go into Alabama for quick things, turn left and you could go further into Perdido and use grocery stores, gas, etc etc. Restaurants on both ends close and the beach is just right across the road!!! Will be using this location again if we get the chance!

All the comforts of home

Perfect spot to relax away from the resort crowds. The condo had a nice view of the marsh for bird watching and a blue heron visited the pool every morning. The walk to the beach wasn't too far and the road has a crosswalk right at the end of the sidewalk. The furnishings were a bit dated, but I prefer a beach house that feels lived in and doesn't mind a few wet bathing suits on the couch. There is a smart tv in the living room for streaming all your favorite shows. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fridge in the garage was perfect for drinks. Overall, I would recommend this beach spot.

Great place

My family loved the location of this property. You have access to a pool and can be at the beach in just a few minutes. Beach is quiet with very few people. Pool was great for evenings after sun set. Pool is also a fun way to meet others staying in the complex. House was just as shown kids loved the loft! We will definitely book again.

Great place with all the amenities

It was great staying with Alex Smith and Carrie Lee! They were attentive, had a clean large place stocked with plenty of sundries you are bound to forget, and they were great communicators! Stayed with kids and loved the proximity to the beach, salt water pool, and space!! Thank you!!

Between the stained and torn couches upon walking in, the unstocked bathrooms (toilet paper and handsoap), dirty towles (folded to be passed off as clean), a fridge that leaked from the freezer compartment constantly and refroze all over our food to the point the fridge was unusable, a loft that looked it hasn't been cleaned in YEARS, and VERY dirty/stained mattresses... it was almost laughable when the roaches started crawling out from under furniture and behind bathroom mirrors, except none of this was funny. Very disappointed in the way this place was presented compared to what we stayed in. The location is the only positive we have.

Great for the price

I stayed here for a girls trip. It is about 2 blocks from the ocean. The pool in the back is nice. It is a quiet area with a short drive to nearby shops and restaurants. Owner was quick to respond to messages. I do wish they supplied more toilet paper and towels. The loft is a little scary to climb into. Lots of stairs in and out of the home so be prepared if you have trouble climbing steps. Overall a fun stay.

Spring Break

Nice place in a nice location, maintenance of the place could’ve been better, some of the lights weren’t working, the garage door opener was broken, the clothes dryer sounded like it was about to explode, one of the door locks was broken, and the carpeted areas were stained. This place had plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, extra bed linens, and a nice pool and short walk to the beautiful beach. The negatives are by no means a deal breaker! I would stay there again. My family and I had a fantastic time!

Best Beach Access on the Coast

Condo was nice, but I don’t think the loft is usable in the summer due to heat rising. The garage had everything you or children need for the beach. The beach was nearly empty as it is a state park with no parking for quite some distance. There is a nice walkway from the highway to the beach.

Nice location, a bit dirty

Pros:The location is nice on a dead end culdesac. The layout is nice and the rooms were perfect for two couples. The various games and entertainment were a nice touch for our son. Cons: The water filter in the fridge was overdue to be changed and the fridge smelled a little weird. The floors were fairly dirty.

Comfortable with plenty of space

We enjoyed this rental. It was spacious enough for our needs. It was very cool and comfortable with a short walk to the beach on a paved trail. The owner was gracious and responded to questions quickly. Not a complaint, but to make her aware, the carpet and carport could use a little refreshing. The carpet is very nice but needs a deep clean and the carport just needs old broken beach supplies sorted and disposed. Overall it was great and we would stay again.

Family Vacation

My wife and I along with our 5 kids stayed the week. We had a wonderful time. The beach wasn't crowded. It was a short walk with the only negative being we had to cross the highway. Typically we didn't have to wait long. The pool was great. I was able to grill on the deck while my kids swam. The condo itself was great for our family. My older girls stayed in the loft and the younger ones used the bunkbeds. We had a great week, Also, our host was very quick to respond to questions and check-in was easy!

Return trip

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We are a family of 7. There was plenty of space for all of us. The loft for the older 2 and then bunk beds for my 3 youngest. The beach is just a short walk. We went each morning and practically had the beach to ourselves. Even in the afternoon the beach isn't crowded. You do have to cross the highway getting to the beach, but there is a crossing light. In the afternoon we used the pool which was nice. It wasn't ever crowed either. We saw the blue angles and went on a dolphin cruise. It was a great vacation !
