Loved It — Just a Couple Things to Note

Check-in/out process was super easy. The home has a bit of a weird smell, maybe bring a candle?? The TV in the master would not connect to the internet despite multiple tries and a hard restart. We just borrowed one from another room. The bus service to the beach is nice when the bus drivers answer. We ended up having to walk to the beach a few times which is kind of a pain when you are bringing a baby.

Great Stay

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The accommodations were so clean and everything was perfect. The communication with the owners was top notch, we received timely updates and policy reminders. Hope to stay again!

Great condo, horrific smell

When we arrived & opened the door, an overwhelming odor greeted us.After looking we found multiple spots of pet urine in the carpet.I messaged the property managers first thing the next morning.The smell was nauseating.They said someone would be out that day.At 4:30 I received a text, that was not intended for me, from the property manager asking their cleaning crew to come clean the spots because the “owner was coming to stay next week & they needed to take care of it.”They did not come that day as promised, but the next morning.They spot cleaned a few noticeable spots.There were obviously more areas of pet urine upstairs because we had to buy plugins to help mask the smell so it was tolerable.The rental states that it includes 4 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas. This is not the case.My family arrived at the beach 45 minutes before they started setting chairs out so they would have a spot.They were pushed aside and looked over for an hour while other beachgoers were tipping the employees $50+ in order to jump line,& to get 5+ chairs.Within 20 minutes all of the chairs had been distributed & my family was left without.If you plan going to the beach, take your own chairs & umbrellas.While they do provide a shuttle, if you have multiple chairs, umbrellas then taking the shuttle is quite difficult.It states that the beach is a short walk away. I feel this is slightly misleading.The condo is new w/new appliances, furniture, etc. It was very clean except for the pet urine upstairs.

Nice Property

The property was super clean and modern. *Clean *Tastefully decorated *Great location *Amazing water pressure and showers Negatives *Master Bedroom mattress was in dire need of replacement. Extremely Uncomfortable *Pillows in bedrooms were uncomfortable and flat. *No coffee filters, only two trash bags were provided (brought more when we called) and no salt or pepper. missing some minimal items for a rental

Nice Townhome near the beach

The townhome was nice, with all the things that we needed, although we only cooked one dinner at the home. We didn't use many of the locations amenities, as we went to other beaches and parks looking for more quite places. No problem and would stay again in the future.

Beautiful spot!

We decided last minute to head to the beach for a few days. We really enjoyed the property & especially enjoyed the access to the beach front restaurant. A great spot without all the crowds. We hope to come back again in the not so distant future! ***While sitting on the back porch, you can see a glimpse of the ocean! It was a perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening.

Great vacation home!

This home is absolutely perfect! Kitchen stocked with everything you need, toy drawer for children, every beach item you could need, bicycles, games, and more! I highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again!
