  • Relax with the whole family at our super comfortable 3 bedroom/2.5 bath Perdido Key home. Enjoy a day at the beach and return to this peaceful home that has everything you need for an amazing vacation. Our kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials for cooking up a yummy meal during your stay. This home is so convenient to all that the Perdido Key area has to offer! Watch the Blue Angels practice and visit the Naval Aviation Museum at the nearby NAS Navy base. Rent a boat and cruise around Big Lagoon and aurrounding islands. Bring your boat and use the public boat launch that's one minute away! Plenty of parking for your car and boat.

Great vacation house! We had 2 adults, 5 kids, and 2 dogs and the house was perfect. The listing was very accurate and the house had everything you would need! Would definitely stay again! Thank you for a great rental!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we love it! Very pretty and clean, good size house with plenty of room. Was told by one of the kids that the couch bed in the upstairs loft area was very comfy! And there’s a good size fenced in back yard also. Any time we visit the area we always look to see if this house is available first! We will definitely be back!

Our only regret was not booking this place for more nights! Joy’s beach retreat was incredibly clean, beautiful, and exceptionally kid-friendly. The location couldn't have been more perfect.Joy is an amazing host! She gave us fantastic recommendations for Johnson State Park that really made our trip. The kitchen was absolutely perfect and fully stocked, and we loved that she provided thoughtful extras like paper products and ice packs. The garage was also a goldmine, packed with beach toys and chairs that saved us so much packing space. We will definitely be back!The neighbors were friendly too!!

This home is perfect! The location makes for a great jumping off point for any adventure. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed with All-Clad cook wear. It made me feel like I was at home!I recommend and would stay again!

The check in was super easy! The house is beautiful and well stocked! Beds are so comfortable. We didn’t cook but looks like it has everything you would need!! Towels are soft. Nice backyard patio area! Beautiful quiet area! Thank you for a relaxing time, home away from home!!

We loved Joy’s house! We were amazed at the beauty of the clean interior and all she provided to make our stay fabulous! Our labradoodle loved laying on the doggy blankets when she wasn’t on her sleeping mat. She also loved playing ball in the fenced yard and walking in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the location, beautiful rooms, very comfortable bed/ bedding and Joy’s well organized binder. This was the best place we have ever stayed. We would definitely return when we are in the area again. Thanks Joy! Thanks VRBO!

Wonderful Short Weekend

The house was very nice, close to the beach and good restaurants. The next time we visit the Perdido Key area, if the house is available will definitely book again.

From The ease of “checking in” to the comfort of the beds. This place was great for our family beach vacation. The host had the place supplied with everything that we might need.

Cheer Comp Weekend

We were looking for a place close to the Pensacola Bay Center for a cheer competition but didnt want to be caught in all the crowded areas. This place was perfect, the house has plenty of room and is a very short drive to Johnsons Beach and plenty of good eating. Have already recommended this house to others for their beach trips.

Very clean. Amazing home. Very comfortable. Perfect area with restaurants and dog parks nearby. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard especially when automatic sprinklers came on. We loved having extra throws supplied for dog.
