Our Little Peace of Heaven

This place is always clean, has exactly everything described. We have stayed in the place for several years. It fits our family of 5 perfectly. We are close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the pool. It takes us approximately 2-3 minutes to go from the door to the beach (where we normally set up)

Great place by the beach!

This was the perfect place for our family of 5. We had plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, and it was an easy walk to the beach. I’m sure the location was even more beautiful before the big house was built next door, but we still felt like it was a great location. It was a busy weekend in Orange Beach/Perdido Key, but we felt like we were away from the crowds. We always found a spot on the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Beachfront Bliss!

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront villa! The place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better, with direct access to the beach, I will add that the beach in front of the villas is not crowded, it was so nice!! There are great restaurants and shops nearby. Kim was fantastic—always available and quick to respond to any questions we had. It was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

Location, location, location

Perfect as always! Great location; far enough away from the crowds to be a quiet getaway, but only a short 10-15 minute drive to the grocery stores and restaurants. The boardwalk to the beach is only about 30-40 feet from the back of the house, which makes it easy to get to and from the beach, particularly when you have young kids who may not want to stay in the sand long. The house has a covered area underneath the deck/living room that helps keep your beach gear dry if it rains and is a good staging area for getting everything together to take to the beach. The beach itself has a large sandbar, and at low tide it is perfect for skim boarding and letting the kids play in the water without them getting out too deep. For a good, quick lunch the Crab Trap about a 10 minute walk or 1-2 minute drive from the house.

Relaxing Beach Bungalow

I had a wonderful stay at this beach house with my family. Its cozy vibe brought me joy and relaxation. Accessing the beach for sunrise walks was super easy and walking across the road to the river side for sunsets is a memory I will never forget. This beach house had everything I needed for a one week beach vacation and I will definitely be back!

Great location, clean property

Molokai B5 is a wonderful place both in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Access to the beach is a short walk. Kim is a wonderful host, and checked in with us just prior to our arrival and once during our stay just to make sure we had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable and linens are new. Kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need for meal preparation. Looking forward to another stay!

Yearly VaKay Spot

This was our 3rd or 4th year in the unit (we also stayed in Unit 6 one year). We love the location, distance from the beach and the pool being an option. We love the unit which fits us perfectly. We are family of 5 (2 Adults 3 Kids). The weather nor the ocean can be controlled so minus that (can't be controlled by owner) this is our absolute favorite place. This unit has always been clean and as described. The owners are great to work with making booking super easy and our stay stress free. We have stayed in Panama and Sea Crest nothing has compared.

Beautiful Stay

We had a lovely time! The house was super clean and had cozy beachy decor. The beach was only a few steps from the place, and we had use of their beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge too. Our teen boy loved staying in the loft as well. The owner was easy to reach and very friendly as well. I highly recommend this house. It was a great experience.

Love this villa!

We have stayed here multiple times and it does not disappoint! Kim is so easy to work with and the villa is so well cared for and extremely clean. We love coming back here for the location and feeling of being at home. We had some of the most beautiful weather and saw amazing sunrises/sunsets and dolphins everyday. You have everything here you need for the beach and location is great to go into Orange Beach/Gulf Shores or Pensacola. We love how the beach is not crowded too. We will be back again!
