Located in the heart of Perdido Key, this 2 story townhome with a back balcony has a private marina view on the east side and overlooks the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway, well known to be a boater's paradise. Walk out the back door onto a big stretch of white sand beach on the quiet water of the Intracoastal Waterway. You can fish, bike, and kayak with ease on your vacation, and this is the perfect place. Oyster Bar and Sunset Grille are a short bicycle ride or a brisk walk away. You will want to end your fun filled days watching the sky turn highlighter colors, with amazing sunsets that Perdido Key has become famous for.
