This is a great place to stay. Our condo was right on the bay. We loved the views, the pier, the grills, the pool... This was our third time staying here and we definitely plan on coming back.

It was great, the condo was nice and clean the property was clean and the pool was nice. The only thing i had to complain about was they should put some curtains in the bedrooms. The sun shines bright in the windows at 5am and it was very hard to sleep in a little on vacation. But everything else was awesome! Location was good close to everything. But you do have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the condo so keep that in mind of you are in any way handicapped or bring a lot of stuff. We made it work with no issues but just a heads up. The communication was good with the owner also.

Great First-time Florida Experince!

This was our first time vacationing in Florida, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was absolutely perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and attractions, but still quiet and peaceful for downtime.We made some great memories here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Florida—especially first-timers like us!Only concern...make sure description of property is clearer on the fact that it is not ADA accessible.

Nice

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very quiet, very family oriented. Our unit could use a fresh coat of paint; however that doesn’t affect the quality of the stay. I wish beach chairs and an umbrella had been available to use. We flew, so we couldn’t bring those things with us. Great location, a public gulf beach with parking was just a block away.

Great views with a private pier

Great place looking out on the water. The grandkids loved having a private fishing pier right outside the balcony. The place is clean & the washer and dryer were nice to have. There are no cookie sheets, baking sheets or pizza pans of any kind, but there are pots and pans. No salt/pepper or spices so plan accordingly. It is up 4 flights of stairs to your condo, but the view is worth it.

Saw the picture of the deck and thought that's ok. That ended up being where I wanted to be whenever we were there! Loved watching and listening to the water! We took a dip in the pool about every night! Would stay here again and hope to one day...

Good location!

Overall this place met expectations however there are are a few things to share. The listing does mention you need to bring your own soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. Having a small travel size option of all of these upon arrival would be a nice touch. We have family in the area so they helped us out. A sign on the washer asks you to start a load of laundry but without a few tide pods, we did not do this. Again, family brought what we needed. The bedroom in the back could really use curtains over the blinds. The sun is so bright at 530am so these could help. The sleeper sofa is as expected, the bar in the middle makes it super uncomfortable so we just took the mattress off and put it on the floor. Door knob to front bedroom did not latch or lock and should be fixed. Tv is only in living and one bedroom. Adding to 2nd bedroom would be great. Cosmetic issue but paint is chipped away in numerous areas that could be easily touched up. Patio looks out over the bay which is a nice view any time of the day. Plenty of utensils and things needed in kitchen. Ac works great, we were actually cold in the middle of July at times. Saw the blues from balcony on Wednesday morning. Can walk down the stairs and have a space of grass and sand and easy access to the bay. We set up and did this multiple times. Overall this place met expectations and we enjoyed the trip.

Great vacation spot!

Condo was in a great location. Right on the bay with great views and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. There was plenty of parking spaces too if you wanted to drive across the street to the beach. You could ride the trolley or take a golf cart to anywhere on the island. Super easy! The pool area is a little small and needed some maintenance but overall it was fine. You do have to walk up multiple flights of stairs so be prepared! Overall the condo was clean and well maintained. It has all the dishes you would need. Bring your own toilet paper, hand soap, and stuff for the washer and dryer. The chairs on the patio are uncomfortable to sit in and watch the water. There are no beach chairs or toys or anything in the condo so bring your own. You can use Walmart+ or instacart to deliver groceries so you don't have to leave the island. Easy check in process. Overall we had a great stay and would come back!

The Best of Both Worlds!

The condo was clean and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed to cook with. We had fun doing a puzzle from the basket together The view was beautiful any time of the day! There is a gorgeous Blue Heron that hangs out on the property. One day we looked up as we were eating lunch, and he was sitting on our balcony! What a beautiful bird!! We were told that the locals call him George (Harrison). He would let you get within 3 feet of him, and just stare back at you! This was our 4 year old granddaughter's FIRST Beach vacation. We loved being able to take her to the beach below us. She loved playing in the sand, and the water, She felt confident in the calm bay water, and loved looking for shells, crabs, and even a stingray! She loved going across the street to the Gulf beach also! There were some days that the waves were a bit overwhelming for her, and then we would leave and play at the beach on the bay. We ate at a few local places--Papa's Pizza, Shaggy's, and Peg Leg Pete's. The food was great!! We also enjoyed riding the free trolley, but you can't track where it is, so be prepared to wait. We just would get on it when we saw it coming, and then would ride just to ride on the trolley!! We were sad to leave and go home. As we were packing, George came and sat on our balcony to say goodbye, which we thought was fantastic! I would recommend this condo for anyone who wants Gulf and Bay! We would love to return to this condo!!

Summer Family Vacation 2024

This was a wonderful condo steps away from the bay. It's on the quieter side but still very close to the restaurants and activities. We could hear the water from the balcony. The lights at night on the bay were beautiful. It was fun walking to the end of the pier. Our condo was clean and had all we needed. We loved the pool. The area for grilling was so nice and peaceful.The grills overlook the bay. There is no elevator in our building, so we all got a good workout using the stairs. Check in was easy and so was all communication with the property manager.

Just what we needed.

This property is exactly as stated in the listing. Very close to the beach, provided enough toilet paper, towels and trash bags for our stay. The host was accommodating and easy to reach. The place is well appointed and gave us plenty of space. The chocolate chip cookies were a very nice touch at checkout. We would consider staying here again.

Nice place for a short vacation

The pros: has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a pull out bed in the living room. Had adequate pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, and utensils. Pretty view of the Bay Area with fishing pier. Easy to get to from the main road. On the second floor so not a lot of stairs to climb compared to some other places we have stayed before. Host has good communication. Pool on site to swim in. Comfortable bedding. Washer and dryer in unit. The cons: a little longer walk to the public beach access area than expected, dirty dishes were put away in cabinets, pans were worn making it difficult to cook without things sticking. No laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, or dish washing liquid provided. Kitchen area is tiny, you can’t open drawers/refridgerator/oven without making sure all other things are closed first. Building is dated and in need of repairs. Couch was worn and there was peeling paint at the unit. Overall, we had a great time and the unit provided a sufficient place for our family of six to stay for five days.

Beautiful view!

Balcony & BR with sliding doors to balcony have a lovely panoramic view of Bay..& small beach below for walking..The ocean is across the street and has many access points ..beautiful white sand beach.. The bldg and condo itself are dated, and not totally well maintained..the beautiful window in the BR overlooking the bay,unfortunately does not open..was told sealed shut for safety? Also the sliding door to balcony has no screen..nice to be open for listening to gentle waves..not stocked with basics like paper towel, dish soap, pot scrubber, extra roll toilet paper(I bought some to stock for nxt guest)carpet a yucky brown color..the noise level from condo above can be loud..not much insulation...fortunately it was just one night where the noise went on till midnight...no one to reach out to if that happens after office closed...overall I would return for the location & the wonderful view
