Great property, great location, great time!

We enjoyed our stay at the property, using the balcony, kitchen and grounds. The kitchen was stocked with all essentials -- we even used the crockpot for a dinner in! Loved being able to wash our clothes mid-trip, quick walk to beach across the street and short drive to restaurants & entertainment. Our children had plenty of space in the 2nd bedroom. Thanks for a lovely vacation experience!

This property met all my expectations and my family thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The place was clean, easy to find and access and was on a great walking path that we were able to use. The proximity to the beach, the harbor and lots of great restaurants was a plus. Only feedback would be that so many family pictures were a little creepy but we just laid them down during our stay. :-)

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired

The front of the kitchen appliances looked as if they weren’t cleaned in weeks. The floor in front of the dishwasher isn’t completely installed and the amount of debris is disturbing. Something black leaks from under the refrigerator. The back door would not latch. We have stayed at Baywatch many times and this isn’t the cream of the crop. Maybe keep owner photos of family elsewhere.

Making Memories with My Granddaughter

We arrived after closing, but the manager had left lights on for us! So welcoming! Also, management was quick to respond when I called about the coffee pot not working. Thankfully, we found another one on site! Only wish the correct latch for washer had arrived while we were there, but that’s life! We will definitely come back!

10/10 would do again!

This was a cozy, cute little place, and had most of everything we needed. We had some minor mishaps with things and was within normal limits of renting. The view was great and I would definitely rent again.

Our home away from home

We have stayed in many of baywatch condos. H3 is definitely on top of the list! From the home feeling you get, to the great beach vibes. The condo was stocked with all the kitchen must haves and the most comfortable couch! The rental staff was amazing greeting us on our arrival and delivering fresh baked cookies for our departure. Definitely a must stay in visiting the area!!

Best Friend Trip

This was my 3rd time staying in this condo…I love it. Very cute and comfortable. There was still lots of damage all around from a storm so views from balcony were not the best. There was a terrible sulphur smell coming from the sink and around the property. We had a great time and I will recommend to others.

Family Beach Trip

This was an affordable and solid place to stay in Pensacola Beach. A few blocks from the gulf, and in a great location overall, this condo helped create a good backdrop for our family of four. There does need some work done- kitchen lights always flickering, low water pressure, microwave handle, etc. All mostly cosmetic things, but did take away from the overall experience. The pool and bay access were great, and as a whole we enjoyed our stay. Shoutout to Sam with Baywatch who checked us in- she had EXCELLENT communication.

Good location, nice property..

Communication with SurfSide Properties was great. Convenience to the beach, great. Property was nice, it’s older but nicely kept. The pool looked great, chairs and lounges a bit dated but the entire pool and area was sparkling clean. The unit, H3, was listed as upscale, personally, it a standard condo for that property; nice and with an abundance of beach decor and small stools for sitting. it did have a small wine cooler, that was impressive. Overall a nice place to stay, easy parking, steps from the Gulf, clean and a nice property management staff.

This was a beautiful place to stay and was very clean. For families with very young kids, it isn't child proofed. We were constantly having to follow our 1 year old around and get him to stop touching decor and outlets. There was a really loud party going on in a different condo one night. My husband and I were both up for probably 2 hours in the middle of the night because of it and our 1 year old kept coming close to waking up too. It didnt really quiet down again until about 2 or 3 in the morning. It's no fault of this particular condo, but noisy neighbors could be a concern. We would definitely go back, but not until our littlest kids are a little older.

Clean and the perfect location

The property is so close to everything on Pensacola Beach without all of the traffic. There is plenty of space to bring in your personal items. The unit is not cluttered with stuff. I give the unit an A+ on cleanliness. It is exactly like the pictures. Such a relaxing place. Surfside was very responsive and made it easy to check in and out. I will book this unit again. Don't be concerned it's not right on the beach. Fort Pickens has plenty of beach for you:) plus the fort has the added benefit of watching Blue Angels practice.

This place was very clean!

We loved our stay. The ONLY suggestion would be to replace the mattress in the master bedroom. We kept rolling into each other😋 Highly recommend this place , super clean and a short walk to the beach. We will be going back for sure!!!

Perfect Location!

Relaxing

This was a really nice property. The Dock we fished off of, pool, walkway to the dock was a bonus. We loved watching the ducks and turtles everyday. Short walk to the beach that wasn’t crowded. We loved that. Short drive for entertainment, busy beaches and restaurants. My family and I loved spending the fourth here. Thank you

Nice beach rental

The condo was perfect for our family beach vacation. Close to activities on Pensacola beach and Fort Pickens with easy walking access to the Gulf beaches across the road.
