This was a great unit at Gulf Winds. Very clean and everything worked as expected and shown. Super easy beach access! Would highly recommend for any PCB visitors!!

Friends and family Girls weekend

We go to the beach yearly, a varied group of women ranging from 18 to 56 years of age. This is our favorite place thus far. We will be back again next year highly recommended to others. The view is amazing!!!

Perfect Location and Condo

The view is amazing! The condo haa everything thats needed to enjoy your vacation (beach towels and toys included), we enjoyed the games - esp Family Feud, and its a very short distance from anything you need. The owner gave us a heads up before arrival that the grocery store is before you get to the island therefore we simply used a delivery service. The condo also has carts to get your stuff from the car to your room! We hated to leave and can not wait to return

awesome condo

The condo is spacious and very well furnished. The location is close to everything and it is just a short walk to the beach. The weather didn't cooperate with us, but we still managed to have a good time. Highly recommend this property.

October trip

Great location. Owner very responsive to any questions asked and issues. Home could use a little maintenance. Stuff stored in closet made it hard to put anything in it. Fun time with great friends.

Location was great. Nice large balcony, quiet end of the island. Condo was spacious, kitchen well stocked. Only negatives would be that it needed some TLC, some cosmetic updates and minor repairs. Towel racks were broken and/or off the walls, the trundle bed in BR # 3 was not safe to sleep on (very wobbly). Decor, paint color a bit outdated, but overall it is a very nice condo.

Genuine Beach Experience

This vacation had it all!!! The whole building was quaint and charming, albeit a little run down in some areas, but it didn’t detract from the overall pleasantness. It was perfectly located right on the beach in a spot with crystal clear waters and powdered-sugar soft sparkling white sand. Nature was all around us. There were birds, dolphins, turtles, horseshoe crabs, sand grabs, and yes, a few jellies (which were easily spotted/avoided). The sunsets and sunrises were spectacular. We especially appreciated how uncrowded the beaches were. If you did want to venture out, the nearest surf shop and seafood restaurant (which was delicious) was only a 5-minute drive. The individual unit was decorated with an adorable beach theme and had all of the comforts of home (especially the snuggly beds). The kitchen was well stocked and so were the two beach boxes in front of the garage parking slot. They had chairs, boogie boards, kites, balls, etc… We LOVED the balcony overlooking the ocean. But what really made it a great VRBO was the owner. They answered all of my questions quickly and pleasantly.

Maggie's 70th Birthday

The property was perfect. I traveled with 5 friends and everybody had a wonderful time. Loved being so close to the Gulf and enjoyed the beautiful view. Even though you have a lot of privacy, there are numerous restaurants within 2 miles of the Condo. The Master bedroom was great with access from the room onto the balcony. Will stay again.
