Amazing Views and Quiet

Check in was a complete breeze! The management company was very responsive and very helpful. Throughout our week stay I did notice a few things that I felt could be upgraded. Like the pillows, Bed Linens and towels. Next time, since we drive, will bring our own pillows and I’ll throw in my linens. However, the king size bed in the master is really nice and firm and I love that! I know you can’t please everybody, but it was perfect. I was worried about the walk to the beach because I have a slight disability. But, it wasn’t an issue at all and as much as I love the white beaches of Florida and the crystal water I hate walking in that sand! But it really wasn’t that bad and we had a fabulous time. We will definitely be back at this condo in the near future if there is availability. Thank you for a wonderful week.

We’ve rented from Santa Rosa Towers for 3 years straight now and plan to return. It’s close to beach and restaurants and well kept!

The unit hardly had any kitchen pans or bowls. We had to go to Walmart to buy them. The fan in master bedroom & bathroom didn't work. Loved the area

Amazing views

The condo layout itself was perfect. Overall we enjoyed our stay I would give the condo an 8 out of 10. We think for the price and what’s available in the surrounding areas this unit could use some updating. The furniture both inside and outside wasn’t very comfortable and the kitchen items were ok but not great. However we appreciate being able to use your property.

Santa Rosa Towers 1402

Loved this place! Perfect view of the gulf. It was windy and cooler so we didn't get to the beach that much with my 87 year old father. But it didn't matter because the balcony was better for him. Great appliances and wonderful laundry and kitchen. I highly recommend it. But be sure to buy groceries and beach towels before you even enter into Florida! Less expensive! Once you get on the island it is sort of isolated and that is a GREAT thing! Also love nearby Peg Leg Pete's with a gorgeous young bartender.

Amazing stay

The condo was beautiful!! The view from the balcony was stunning! We seen dolphins and sting rays everyday. walking distance to a great restaurant and store, the beach was directly across the street. Thank you all for the amazing hospitality!

360 beach views

The location was gorgeous - 14th floor balcony overlooking Pensacola Beach was stunning and the other side of the condo overlooked the sound. The pool was so much fun and easily accessible with the beach right across the street, a convenient store and a restaurant less than a block away which we walked to more than once. A wonderful location!

Winter escape

Everything from location to accommodations surpassed our expectations. Pam the manager was prompt in responding to our needs. We would highly recommend this property and if visiting the area in future would not hesitate to rebook this property.

Fabulous!

We loved it from the beginning. The host met us there. Showed us around. Recommended a few restaurants. We were so please with accommodations. The view could not have been better. We are talking about next year already. The 10 days went way too fast.

Paradise

Everything was great. The view is fabulous. Beds could be better. The foam pad slid off the master bedroom bed all night long and was too soft but the closet was great and so spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay

This condo is perfect. Beautiful views from each window/ door. Well stocked kitchen, nice decor, great location, and a good sized balcony. Definitely recommend this unit and Surfside properties.

Perfect Location

Perfect place to stay. Beautiful views out front and the back. Short distance to great eating establishments. We were there for the beach only this trip and it was amazing. Only complaint is the way things were advertised that were not true. Minor issues, but when you are counting on them, a little disappointing. Biggest one is this condo does not come with covered parking as advertised. Iron & ironing board not in unit but Sam was great to correct that issue. Of course, my kids think I'm the only one that still irons. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back again soon.
