When asked for help of any kind, I was met with an expensive rude and combative response. No help with any questions... Additional bed, toiletries, items listed in the listing that were not provided. Awful experience. Great location.

NOT CLEAN!

The floor was filthy! It hadn’t been cleaned but they did clean it while we were at the beach. Be prepared!! The condo also does not have everything you’d have at home plus more! The dishwasher silverware holder was completely covered in black mold absolutely disgusting! Next, the ice machine wouldn’t dispense so we looked inside and there was two busted beer cans inside.

Awesome place

It’s was a wonderful experience. So beautiful and comfortable inside and out. The view was breathtaking from the balcony! Such a safe feeling as well with the locked front gate and beach access. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

Family vacation

The view from the living and primary bedroom was amazing. The floor to ceiling windows made you feel like you were on a boat looking at the water. Cleanliness was exceptional. Very roomy balcony with plenty of seating for the whole family

Great property and wonderful vacation spot

We loved the room and the condominium/amenities as a whole. The room was very clean and well furnished. The smaller beds were a little too firm for my parents, but the king sized bed was nice. The kitchen had a lot of appliances and cookware which helped a lot. The view is amazing of course, and we liked the chairs and recliners on the balcony. The beach was great and not too crowded during our stay. Having two pool options was very helpful, as the outdoor pool had starting getting cool in October. The downside to the indoor pool is that no foods, drinks, or floaties are allowed, so it's not as fun as the outdoor pool. The indoor jacuzzi was very large. The only negatives to the room were the microwave light being out, the TV's stuck being pointed downwards because the bolts are loose, and that the master bedroom motorized curtain allows a lot of light in while closed (makes it hard to sleep past sunrise at 6:30 am). These are pretty minor though. We also received the wrong room code initially, but it was sorted out quickly once we contacted the owner. Overall we loved this room and Pensacola Beach and would highly recommend both!

Great condo and exceptional views!

This property is one of the best we have stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and well stocked. Couldn’t ask for more! Exceptional patio and views of the gulf!

Very Nice

This condo was very nice and modern. And so clean! It had all appliances and dishes. Guest portal made checking in/out easy and host could be reached if needed. The indoor pool/hot tub was clean and used since it was way too cold to swim outside. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on the beach. (views were awesome!)

Best Florida location to date!

We have been traveling to Florida to see our resident children/grandchildren for sever years now but this stay was the best! The unit was beautiful, well updated (kitchen and bathrooms), and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well appointed (nice mixer, blender, pans of all sizes and a variety of useful gadgets. The electronic board and fobs were so helpful! However, the best feature was the balcony. WOW. The deck was far more spacious than any we had seen and it the seating easily accomodated us and our visiting children.

Awesome condo

We loved our stay in this condo at the Beach Club. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The amenities were fabulous. My daughter loved the outdoor pool. The property was close to everything as well and you could walk to most restaurants. We had a wonderful time here and will stay here in the future.

Family Reunion

This property has a great location and an incredible view. It was spacious and the outside balcony area was huge. The gulf breeze kept us very comfortable in the middle of a heat wave. We had trouble getting our code to enter the premises because our email became inaccessible so we called Beach Bum but no one answered. We then drove to the rental agency but it was closed. We kept calling and left messages and after about 20-30 minutes we were contacted and everything was taken care of. The pools and beach front were wonderful. The only issue we had with the unit was that the blinds would not fully closed in the back bedroom with the kind bed. We were having so much fun we forgot to report it until we left. We were also I little concerned that we only had an electric grill but the food turned out very tasty. We feel very comfortable recommending this wonderful unit. The entire family had a wonderful time in what can only be called paradise!

Great Location

NIce condo within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions. HOWEVER....please be aware that all of the blinds are extremely thin and let in a lot of light. One of the King rooms blinds would not close due to it being broken (Beach Bum BB came super fast and closed it), but they still let in light from the breezeway. The stay would have been perfect if all the blinds in the rooms were "blackout" blinds. Beach Bum BB was amazing and I would definitely rent from this management company again.
