Casas de vacaciones privadas en Penrose

"House was clean and exactly as described. Communication was great!"

"Super smooth process, lovely place, and very communicative owners. I was nervous about getting a VRBO but this worked out great!"

"The Cozy Casa was amazing! Great location, clean, and fairly priced!"

"My husband and I loved the stay it was very clean. Parking was right outside the cottage. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was very easy to reach out for any issues."

"I just want to say, what a wonderful property. My wife and I have stayed at over 100 properties over the years and some very high end ones. This property is by far is the nicest we have stayed when it comes to all the little details. They are so thoughtful and we noticed them all. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back in the future."

"Perfect little getaway weekend for my partner and I! Spent a long hot day at the Zoo before checking in. Coming back to this property by the creek while it was raining, we opened the windows and crawled into the comfiest bed ever… best power nap of all time. We loved being able to hear the sounds of the creek and the whole area was just beautiful! Cute little coffee shop/bakery just down the road too. All around great experience, would highly recommend."

No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect...

"Great place"

The double sink in the bathroom was so helpful during nighttime routines. The location is fantastic - easy to get to the attractions, but in a relaxed, comfortable neighborhood. Hummingbirds greeted us often and the ravine in the backyard was a favorite for our kids who liked to explore the “forest.” Deer walked through the backyard often. The hot tub...

"I loved my stay at the Cozy Casita. The property was very clean inside and had everything I needed. It had excellent temperature control and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and actually wish I could have stayed longer. It would be nice to have printed instructions onsite for how to use the cooking surface and the gas fire pit outdoors, as I could not quickly find in my emailed instructions."
