"Pleasently surprised how nice this hotel is, really enjoyed our stay, very friendly staff that were nice enough to give us a complementry upgrade, room was clean and modern, beds nice and firm, great shower pressure, plenty of parking, close to transport, panthers and shops. Only downside I didn't realise how close it was to the train line, could hear them passing by at night which took a while to get used to before falling asleep. If I ever need to stay a night in Penrith again this is where...

"Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night"

"Great location and convenient. Room was basic but had everything we needed for a layover on our way to the airport. The only couple things were the over powering deodoriser smell walking through the corridors to and from our room, was very strong that we could almost taste it.
