We had a wonderful time on Toddy Pond. Everyone relaxed around the fire pit and on the dock over looking the beautiful pond. My niece and nephews loved lying in the hammock, reading the day away. Our corgi Finn absolutely loved the property. Fetching ball in the water and climbing the rocks near the pond. Every morning Finn ran down and said 'Hi' to the tethered duck in the pond. It's a wonderful home. We would definitely go back again.

The house was excellent. Stocked really well with everything that we would need, towels, paper products, dishes, etc. Plenty of kayaks, other watercraft and life jackets. Very nice fire pit and Gazebo area with wonderful views of the pond. Very clean, comfortable beds and furnishings. The VRBO host was great and very responsive to any questions that we had.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The home was nice we all felt at home and comfortable. We had a chilly week so the fire pit came in handy. My husband and I went out on a Kayak and Toddy Pond is pretty cool. Beautiful mornings on the deck when the sun rises. The yard is a great size for yard games.

This was a great place to stay for an extended-family vacation. We had 3 children (one a toddler), and 6 adults. Check in was easy, the hosts have a great list of what they supply so we didn’t truck up anything extraneous, and the house is laid out really well. The lake front was just what we needed, and there were plenty of kayaks and life jackets for everyone.We had one minor issue at the start of the week, and our hosts went above and beyond to make things right. We would definitely consider this house again for a future stay.

Fly Like an Eagle

Fantastic property that had everything we needed. Plenty of room for everyone and the outdoor area was phenomenal with easy access to the lake. Everyone enjoyed watching the bald eagle take off and land in the tree on the small island just off shore. Would highly recommend this property

Great home for our multigenerational family vacation! With seven bedrooms, the house provided plenty of space for both adults and teenage/young adult grandchildren!Lovely location on quiet Toddy Pond. Close to Blue Hill and the coast with many hiking options within 30 minutes or less. Loved the screened in gazebo right next to lakeshore as well as the fire pit. Dock was spacious and a great place to sit and soak up the beauty and sun. All the fishermen were successful in catching bass. Swimming/kayaking great! Relax at the shore or explore this beautiful area of Maine!

This place was amazing--7 bedrooms gave us plenty of space to spread our wings as a family while still being in the same house ;) The lake was beautiful and we loved not only the floating dock, the regular dock, but the kayaks were a perfect way to enjoy the water!

Perfect family getaway

This house was the perfect getaway for our extended family. The kids had a blast fishing, swimming, kayaking and using the paddle boat. We were able to spend a day in Acadia and Bar Harbor but then relax the rest of the time at the house. The screened in gazebo was great at night for us to hang out in and play board games. Would definitely recommend this property!

Family get away

Had a great time with family, the weather didn’t cooperate but the house was well appointed with games and movies and gathering spaces, so we had fun inside when we couldn’t get outside. Everything we needed was available for use, and it was a lovely location and lovely home.

Wonderful Weekend

What a weekend! Description of the house and property was spot on. When it stopped raining and the sun came out, the deck and backyard were just beautiful. The view of the lake is like a postcard. The host was extremely communicative, letting us know where everything was and quickly responsive to questions leading up the the stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we were prepared to celebrate our son's college graduation and were able to enjoy the weekend. Would recommend and stay again!

Excellent for families

Large gathering areas and the location and amenities are great. Owner very responsive and helpful. It’s an hour drive to Arcadia park or bar harbor but scenic. The views at the cabin are beautiful and cabin is well stocked. We had 12 adults and never felt crowded. Would highly recommended.

This house was a good value and just right for our family reunion. Toddy Pond is beautiful and the various watercraft (kayaks, paddle boat, paddle board…) made it easy to enjoy the lake.

Beautiful location

We loved our stay and had a very relaxing time being on the water or around the campfire at night. Sitting on the dock we were able to watch the Eagles and the Loons. Beautiful view!!!

Perfect family getaway

Our group of 10 had a wonderful week. The house was clean and very well equiped/furnished as described in the listing. The real star for us was the yard including the lake. The gazebo received constant use, the canoes and kayaks got a workout, and the firepit was going most of the time. There are attractions nearby, of course, but the house, yard and lake provided everything our group needed to have a great time.

Great Spot

3 families with 9 kids (plus dogs) enjoyed our 4th of July week. The house was perfect for humans and four-legged friends. The kids loved kayaking and swimming to the floating dock (pack water shoes for the rocks). The adults loved sitting on the dock or under the gazebo, as well as nightly fire pits. The dogs loved the large yard and when we wanted a break from them, the back deck had built in gates to keep them locked up there. The house itself has everything and anything you might need, but it was nice having a grocery store only 15 minutes away. Highly recommend this home! We will be back, I’m sure!

Lake House

We (all 13 of us) thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful lake house. There was enough of everything….. enough beds, enough plates and utensils, enough cooking accessories, enough linens and towels. The view was spectacular. Many a morning was spent on the dock taking in the sunrise. The kids - and actually the adults, too - couldn’t get enough of the kayaks. Our host checked in with us often to make sure all was well. We visited Acadia, Bar Harbor, Bangor, Portland, and Augusta. A great time was had by all.

Excellent Place For Family Vacation

We loved our stay here. It was bigg enough to accommodate our extended family. They had all the items from kitchen utensils to lake toys. It was about an hour drive to Acadia from here, but we gladly made the drive for the price and space. The host was so helpful and very quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Maine.
