"Everything great, except that when we booked we informed you that my wife had a breathing problem and used oxygen, and also asked whether you had a lift, to which the answer was yes. On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. On the side where there was a lift, the sitting room and restaurants required no use of stairs. Obviously you decided to ignore our problem for some other convenience of the hotel management. "

"We visited The Kings Arms hotel on a 3 night stay whilst motorcycling in the area. We were met by the friendliest member of staff who couldn't do enough for us, the room was a good sized, clean and very comfortable with 3 beds and a large modern bathroom. The evening menu had plenty of choice, sampling several options over the 3 nights, the food was excellent, i highlt recommend the haggis tower. After a good nights sleep we went to the restaurant for breakfast, various cereal, fruit and a...
