"We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Craigmount. Nicole en Malcolm zijn heel gastvrij en behulpzaam. Er was zelfs een aparte zitkamer met lekkere banken voor de gasten. Heerlijke bedden en vers ontbijt. Tijdens ons verblijf was er ook de mogelijkheid om tegen vergoeding avondeten (home cooked) te gebruiken. Deze waren erg goed, met verse groente."

"While the outside of the building has seen better days the staff were very helpful, there was motorcycle parking I was comfortable with , and the room was spacious and clean. Pub next door did a decent dinner."

"Everything great, except that when we booked we informed you that my wife had a breathing problem and used oxygen, and also asked whether you had a lift, to which the answer was yes. On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. On the side where there was a lift, the sitting room and restaurants required no use of stairs. Obviously you decided to ignore our problem for some other convenience of the hotel management. "

"Very helpful and pleasant owners who went over and above to help with securing elusive taxis to the ferry terminal. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was great. Parking very convenient and free. I would highly recommend this b&b."

"Lovely, large, comfortable room and bathroom, both very clean. Hotel is well located for the railway station and town centre. There is ample parking too. Breakfast and dinner were both superb with excellent choices. Staff are very pleasant and friendly. My partner and I had a great long weekend stay at the North West Castle hotel."
