"Was hard to leave this accommodation because it is well situated near bush with bellbirds singing across the small valley. The amenities are excellent and beautifully presented. The weather wasn’t the greatest for our four night stay but we felt super cosy! Thank you to host, Paul and his partner. Sorry we did not get to thank you in person at the time of our departure! "What a wonderful stay in Dunedin! From the moment I arrived, the property had everything I could have wanted — nothing was missing. The location is absolutely perfect. Waking up to a stunning ocean view from the balcony was a real highlight, and stepping out for a morning/afternoon walk along the beach couldn't have been easier. It's also great to have coffee spots at both ends of the street — a lovely bonus whether you're heading out for the day or winding down in the evening. Great Italian...
