"Pro: staff is great, as good as it gets
Cons: there is no way that this hotel has gained an “excellent” score according to most guests.
As others mention, outdated rooms, lack of maintenance, huge stains all over the carpet on the corridors, dubious cleanliness, and the dirtiest water pool I’ve ever seen. "
