"Our room was on ground floor with a hot tub. Facilities were good and the bed was very comfortable. Some elements were a little tired. Staff were outstanding and responsive to all requests and questions. Nice dining area and presentation. Great central location to Grasmere village. Our only issue is that parking can be a lottery - but staff were happy to help."

Our double room was a pleasant surprise, king bed which was super comfortable & quality bedding, the shower was amazing along with the luxurious toiletries . Breakfast……FAB U LOUS.
