"Plenty of room. Good kitchen to cook in and washing machine available. Untidy yard at back and side of house . Mounds of dirt and rocks left in piles . No railing around wooden decking."

"Comfortable residence. The beach was a disappointment as it is not a swimming beach and quite rocky. Close to Penneshaw. A few small things could be done, torn flyscreen, wrong size curtains on front door but we enjoyed our stay."

Internally, maintenance is also needed in a host of areas, from leaky taps, to broken blinds, dodgy sliding door locks, a ceiling water leak and unsatisfactory cleaning standard.
