The Space:

Originally built in 1920, Little Bird has recently been refreshed while keeping the character and charm that make older beach houses so special.



With a relaxed coastal feel, quality furnishings and comfortable living spaces, there’s plenty of room for families and friends to slow down and settle in. The home sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms:



Bedroom 1 – King bed

Bedroom 2 – Queen bed

Bedroom 3 – Two king single beds

Bedroom 4 – Two king single beds



The home features one large modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet, along with a second toilet in the laundry.



Outside, the backyard is made for easy coastal living. The open lawn is perfect for kids to play or for enjoying a quiet afternoon, while the custom-built timber daybed is an ideal spot for reading, relaxing in the sun or enjoying a slow morning coffee.



With outdoor dining, space to gather and parking for up to four vehicles, Little Bird is a comfortable place to come home to after a day exploring Port Elliot and the beach.



The Neighborhood:

Port Elliot has long been one of the Fleurieu Peninsula's most loved seaside towns. Beautiful beaches, great local food and a genuine small-town atmosphere make it a place people return to year after year.



From Little Bird, you can stroll to Horseshoe Bay, Ladies Beach and Knights Beach, or wander into town for some of the area's favourite local spots.



Start the day with pastries from the famous Port Elliot Bakery, enjoy breakfast by the bay at Flying Fish Café or Cockles Café on the Strand, and pick up local produce, coffee and incredible sandwiches from The Jetty Food Store just across the road.



Spend your days swimming in the bay, jumping off the jetty, exploring the coastline or simply enjoying the relaxed pace of Port Elliot, with many of the town's best-loved spots right at your doorstep.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250.

No parties, no schoolies.

Must be 25 years of age to book.

Sorry, no young children under the age of 10.

One well behaved NON-shedding dog is allowed on holiday with you, but you must let us know beforehand. A $75 pet fee will be payable.



Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.



Bedroom 4 will be locked and unavailable for use for bookings of 4 guests or less unless especially requested. There will be an additional cost.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.



A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.



Interaction with Guests:

You will be given a code for the door on the morning of arrival.
