"We came in for a concert at the Ruoff center and were so glad to have found this fabulous house. It is an easy and safe walk to and from the venue. The back deck is great and the 4 bedrooms are comfortable and perfect for a group. We had 2 moms with teens for a concert and it was exactly what we needed. Wish we could have spent more time in the house but it was a quick trip for us."

"The pictures do not do justice for this gorgeous little home. Everything has been well thought out with a traveler in mind. Right from the heated floors in the bathroom to the nice size backyard with deck and chairs to the bidet to the snacks and waters left for you in the refrigerator it has it all. "This house was perfect for a weekend home base for Grand Park. Literally 5 minutes to the park. The house and beds were very comfortable. The game room has a futon or a roll away bed, neither of which my 11 year old son found very comfortable. Loved having the washer/dryer, and 2 bathrooms for 5 of us to get ready. The owner was very responsive all weekend, except for the last day when I asked for a late checkout due to our tournament schedule, he never responded. Overall, we enjoyed our stay...

"We had a nice stay! The house was clean and had all items that we needed! Also, loved house close it was to the downtown square. My only recommendation would be thicker pillows for the best and at least 4 per bed. The host had great communication and provided food recommendations as well as information on the local festival. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We came down in a group of 6 for a concert at Ruoff. Actually better than we thought it looked on pictures. Absolutely fit our group perfectly and did exactly what we needed. The negative reviews don’t accurately represent this property. You get what you pay for and this place and location exceeded the listing price. Well worth the price!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the chateau. Quiet neighborhood right on the river was perfect for our weekend getaway. There were some basic maintenance issues we encountered, but nothing to spoil our experience. Be aware, there are MANY steps around the house…may be difficult for some disabled individuals. Overall, however, I would certainly recommend this property, it is beautiful."

"Location was great for access to baseball fields at Grand Park. Stayed with a few families. There was plenty of space and had all the basic necessities and more. Boys fished in the pond during their down time and loved it. Will definitely look to book again if our travel team brings us back to Westfield."
