Concert at Ruoff

Our family stayed there so we didn’t have to drive home after a great concert at Ruoff. The house was perfect for what we needed.

Perfect little rental!

This home was perfect for our weekend stay! So cozy and clean! The perfect location and so close to everything. If we are ever in Noblesville again, we will definitely book this one for a second time!

Great for all ages! Toys were wonderful for our 2 year old and pool table and back deck and yard were perfect for our 9 and up kids! Very clean and spacious! Great location! Hosts are very helpful and answer questions and provided great accommodations!

Thanksgiving stay!!

This home was so clean and furnished beautifully. There was plenty of room and so welcoming. The property was in the perfect location so close to all the shopping and dining locations. We plan on booking with this host in the future.

Quick trip to Indy

My extended family (parents, sister's family, spouse, and myself) made a weekend trip to the area for a memorial service. This ended up being an ideal location for us. Very clean and comfortable. We weren't there for long, but it had everything we needed.

Stay for a Basketball Tourney

We had an excellent stay! The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was thoughtfully organized, with labeled cupboards and drawers, which made it easy to find everything we needed for cooking. Our kids especially loved the pool table — it kept them entertained the whole time. Highly recommend!

Several aspects of this property make it first rate: location, neighborhood, owner access, home layout, amenities, facilities, and closeness to Hamilton Town Center area. Plan to rent again.

Beautiful Home!

My friends and I had such a lovely stay. The house is amazing. The little extra details really went a long way. Communication with the owners was prompt. They made things so easy. We would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises. Thanks so much, we had a real good time!

Attention to detail

This lovely, spacious home was a game changer for our trip to Noblesville. We travel to Noblesville regularly to visit our grandchildren, but have never had such a relaxing, home-like visit as this one. We were able to relax quietly in the mornings and evenings and spend the daytime with the girls. The kids enjoyed coming to visit us at the house. The hosts have thought of everything and the house is super clean. We would definitely return for more stays at this property. Many thanks to the hosts!

Inadequate cable tv access

Could not access standard cable tv tbs for the natiinal champuonship game. Required a Youtube account for a basketball game!! Beds were nice!!

Hannah was an awesome host….. responded to all my questions right away and was very helpful! The check in/out was easy!!! When we arrived. The home was very clean and very nicely decorated and comfortable and had everything we needed!! There were extra super soft throw blankets on the beds and in the living room which were nice for those in our party who are always cold! We went to the Willie Nelson concert. The first night we arrived. We started to walk, which was maybe a 10 minute walk but yet it was 95 out so we headed back to the house and ended up driving. There were many restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes, shopping, activities very convenient to everything!! We did an escape room in Fisher, which was a lot of fun. We did go ape, treetop, zip lining adventure, and topgolf one night, which was a lot of fun.! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home and Terrance and Hannah as hosts!!

Great place for Christmas!

We needed a central location to host our adult kids and their partners for Christmas near extended family in the area. The place was just as advertised, beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped for cooking our holiday meals, and we felt right at home. Close to great restaurants and shopping too. One of the best things was how responsive the property managers were even on a holiday. Ruoff was close enough for our group to walk to, and we’re considering a return trip this summer!
