This house had so much potential! Unfortunately there was a storm causing a 4 day power outage. They did not have a generator and refused to provide one. All perishable items had to be thrown out. All meals had to be eaten out. We had to buy candles for light and night and new clothes since laundry was not an option. We had no heat during these cold conditions and spent Christmas it the dark with our young children. Very disappointed with how property management has handled themselves and their lack of empathy and concern.

The house is in a perfect location in PB, and is beautiful! We loved our 4 night stay….the beds and bedding were exceptional and the rooms were large and inviting. You cannot beat the area…it’s nothing short of perfect! MaryJane and Marco were great to communicate with from start to finish. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property for any and all vacations/getaways. Thank you see and you next year!

This place was perfect! Absolutely beautiful home in a stunning location. We had such a great time celebrating myself and my husband's birthdays with our kids. Communication with Marco was outstanding. He answered all of our questions and was very responsive. Highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing time! The house was very spacious and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Coffee was supplied which is always a plus. We had one issue with one of the beds but a staff memeber was over in less than 30 minites to correct it. Would highly recommend.

Everything a family could need

The property management teams enthusiasm and responsiveness was excellent. Everything in the house was clean and in working order. Plenty of space for everyone! Kitchen and primary bedroom were very spacious, WiFi worked great, and the extras like beach chairs and electric car plug were great. Recommend!

Beautiful home and location

My family stayed here for a few days when they were visiting the area. They told me it was a beautiful house, and love that they got the forest experience without having to go camping. They had everything they needed and I was glad I found a place with enough rooms and king sized beds for all the adults in my family.

It was great and we enjoyed the home very much. The only issue was after repeatedly asking Marco to add the adddress to the 17 mile entrance gate, he stopped responding and they never had our information.

Family vacation

Our group of 7 enjoyed staying in this spacious home. The kitchen is large and has all of the necessities for cooking and we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and making s’mores. Beautiful location and quiet & peaceful.

Engagement Weekend

We were visiting Monterey for my son’s engagement. A beautiful weekend at a beautiful property. We loved the house and it exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed time at the Inn at Spanish Bay fire pits and The Bench restaurant at Pebble Beach. We have relatives here and visit often and we will definitely keep this property in mind as a great option for a large group.

Fantastic Stay!

We can’t thank The Del Monte Forest VRBO Team enough for an incredible stay for our entire family! We were here in Pebble Beach for a wedding in within 17 mile drive and stayed here. It was absolutely spectacular! The open floor family room was so inviting and welcoming, with large windows and views of the Del Monte Forest! We have already requested to stay here again planning a trip for the spring! Communication and check in process was extremely efficient, rooms were large and the amenities were great! The uphill driveway is the only difficult thing to navigate but it’s not bad at all if you’re a competent driver ;) We can’t wait to come back! Thanks for letting us stay!!!

Beautiful Home!

The house was very beautiful and spacious, in a wonderful area. My daughter got married on the beach in Monterey, so this home was perfect for her and our family to get ready in; we appreciated the three full bathrooms. Also, the King size beds were awesome, very comfortable. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience!

Wonderful stay!

Great property! The house worked well for our group of 8 adults. Kitchen was well outfitted and we were able to make multiple meals, living space and bedrooms were very comfortable. House was very clean on arrival. Would book again.

Los Altos getaway

House was very clean and wonderful to stay in. There were 8 adults and we really enjoyed making Paella in the kitchen and then barbecuing on the deck. Highly recommend this house. The host Mary Jane was very helpful, checking how we were doing after checking in and then again the day we left.

Golf trip for 4

Nice house - more than we needed, but it is an annual treat. Great location for many courses + Carmel, Monterey, and PG. Having to stop at a rental office on the way is the only (minor) negative. Nice and helpful hosts.

Just right!

We really enjoyed our mini vacation here, which included 3 families with toddlers. The home was clean, well-stocked, spacious, and is in a fabulous location -- close to the aquarium, Pebble Beach, and with a nice trail just across the street. We only had a couple of minor issues: 1) the listing noted a bathtub but we couldn't find one in the house, which was hard with toddlers; 2) there was some miscommunication around check-in time as I was given different information from the two points of contact who communicated with me. But in all, we'd recommend the place and would love to come back!

Pebble Beach/Carmel House

The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The neighborhood is very quiet. The mattresses were firm yet comfortable with new bedding and the living room and kitchen was perfect for our family. We would absolutely rent the house again. The property managers answered our calls immediately with any questions.
