"Great family house with plenty of room to hang in the kitchen/living room and outdoor areas. It’s definitely getting “rental worn” so some updates to the outdoor furniture and kitchen chairs should be looked into. A WiFi extender should be added to reach the master as well. Cellular service is pretty much unavailable in the area. Very short walk to the beach but we opted to drive to town with a baby, though I imagine it’s walkable as well. The house gets HOT even in 66 weather come late...

"Read the fine print. While I knew there wasn’t a bedroom for each of us, I did not realize there was a weird bathroom situation. The bathroom had a toilet and a tub/shower. There were 2 sinks, one in each bedroom. Nowhere to wash hands if using the bathroom and you are the one sleeping on the pull out bed. No kitchen, teeny tiny college fridge, no utensils for eating take out. Basically this is a hotel room without the 24hr amenities. Also, the bathroom was not clean when we stayed. Carmel is an...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great access to the beach path, the aquarium, grocery store. The unit was clean and well stocked. Bed linens were soft and clean, towels were large and absorbent. The parking spots did not allow our Toyota Sequoia to park due to limited height, so we parked on the street in front of unit without issue. Very nice, highly recommend."

"The house was cute, comfortable, and clean. We noticed there weren’t any non-decaf coffee options in the kitchen and didn’t realize there were extras in the garage until we checked out. It’s not an issue and didn’t negatively impact our stay, but just a helpful note for future guests."
