I have stayed at this property when it was booked thru a previous agency. It was nice enough to book again.HOWEVER.. this new agency might be a SCAM. 2PM day of arrival they said it has septic problem. There is a new place.. it was being cleaned, but it is a dump. NOT even a 1 star. I drove by the booked house and did not see any work being done.. and the same the next day. I booked another house thru VRBO and it was fabulous. Still irritated by this expensive lesson

Thank you for hosting my sons and me. I would highly recommend this home if you/golfers are visiting and playing in the area. It was centrally located, beautiful landscaped, well equipped in all the necessary areas, kitchen, bath, grill, hot tub, etc. All accommodations were clean and provided ample room for everyone to have their own 'space'. My (extremely) minor critics would be the pool table was not level and the legs were lose so it wobbled. The putting green in the front lawn has seen better days!

Beautiful home in Pebble Beach Area

We enjoyed our stay at this property, in large part due to the host staff who could not have been more attentive and helpful. Still … this home would be very comfortable for a group of 8 adults … or 8 adults and 2 kids. A group of 5 couples however - not so much. The 5th bathroom is actually a half bath (no tub or shower) situated on the main level. The 5th bedroom is actually a partially separate part of the downstairs master suite. It has a bed but is not clearly a room unto itself - as such it shares the downstairs master bath.

Perfect Place for Our Family

We had our children and their families over Thanksgiving. Everyone loved this house. Lots of space, large kitchen, outdoor spaces and close to lots of golf courses. Thank you so much for a great week!!

Nice!

Beautiful location and great property! Hot tub and golf green were great as was outdoor seating area. Layout was great. Only issue was there were some delayed maintenance issues and when we tried to reach out we received no response. Front door handle would fall off in your hand and none of the kitchen outlets worked so we had to plug in coffee maker and toaster on the floor in the dining room. Overall great experience

Great Pebble Beach Base

The location of this house is excellent for exploring the Pebble Beach and Carmel area. The house is very comfortable and roomy. My group enjoyed the practice putting green, but it needs to be resurfaced. That would be my only complaint.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay in Del Monte Forest was perfect. We had a little view of the water! We were a very short distance to Pebble Beach, especially the famed Haye’s Place and also a short drive into town. The house is just as advertised… 5 Bedrooms,, large family room and kitchen. The yard is beautiful and expansive. It was a very relaxed, very fun weekend!

Weeklong golf event at Pebble Beach

The house is in a terrific location, with ample room for a large group of four couples. The main refrigerator was not working; we reported that on our arrival and was not fixed during our stay… luckily a second one in the garage was available. The hot tub had a leak and wasn’t available either, nor did it get fixed. Several lights/fans in the kitchen didn’t work; we left a detailed list of things requiring attention that would make this house absolutely perfect. All that said we enjoyed cooking in most nights, and the proximity to Pebble and all other area golf courses was spectacular., and we would definitely return to the property in future trips.

Four stars instead of five because of some simple fixes that would make it five stars. TVs don’t work. I know you don’t go on vacation to watch tv but the us open was going on. Screen doors need to be replaced. Toilet seat in master needs to be replaced. Looks like someone took off toe polish and striped the lid. Definitely would stay here again

The house needs work

The house is way out dated and needs a lot of work. Internet and TV service was horrible does not barely work. Hot tub area is ready to fall down and doors that enter are makeshift. In a nut shell I would not rent this house because the photos listed online do not look like the house I wanted to rent. House is ran down and does not seem to be maintained.

Weekend Getaway

This was a great house for a large group. It’s centrally located to Carmel by the sea and Pebble Beach. The views were beautiful too! The house was very fun with the putting greens pool table and hot tub! We loved the hot tub but the little house where it is could use some TLC. The rental agency was also very helpful and attentive! Thanks for a great weekend!

Special space

We were very impressed with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the property. The area really provided for great conversations for large groups and balanced it with separation for smaller group gatherings. The location is wonderfully close to Pebble Beach and the beautiful California coastline.

Weekend family getaway

Overall very nice house and surroundings Did have issues with the stove racks sliding out when door was opened. Also burner knobs were hot to the touch when the stove was on. Also downstairs shower power was weak snd the Nozzle kept falling off the attachment Holder Did have problems getting the hot tub yo warm but Dominic quickly rectified that problem All in all we had fun
