The online portal once you’re booking is confirmed is very convenient and simple to use. The house is brand new remodeled it’s still smelled fresh construction almost when we walked in. Beautiful access to the lake and fire pit. The property is “done right” We will be back! "

"Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this stay. The outside grounds were old, dilapidated, and made me feel sad. The house itself had an incredibly strong, musty odor of mold and mildew. We were supposed to stat for 3 nights, but left after just one because we were so uncomfortable. My family and I were highly disappointed. "

"The house was shabby, not well maintained. The washer and dryer were in a storage shed filled with stuff.The septic system backed up during the night. We had only flushed toilet paper. The bathtubs filled with raw sewage and none of the toilets worked. This was repaired late in the afternoon, so the house was unusable for the most of the day. We had to leave that morning so we had access to working bathrooms. I received NO compensation for this gross inconvenience. "

"Such a nice place for a cozy winter weekend escape!!! We had the best time unwinding after the holidays and skiing at camelback. Jocelyn was so quick to respond and let us check in early which was so sweet! The main room / kitchen area can get a tad cold (it was 12 at night and snowed) but there were tons of blankets and the hot tub fireplace were amazing!! 10/10 experience."

"I had a great stay at Villa Juana! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to checkout. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and local attractions. I felt completely at home and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!"
