"Awesome place, tons of space! Check-in/out was super easy, and the beds were comfy. Highly recommend it, especially if you're into sledding – the trail's right across the street! Bear mountain BBQ is right next door which was super convenient and the food was phenomenal!"

"We came for a week to ride sidexside and ride we did! When it is listed as direct access to the trails, Clark Road is one of the access roads. The overall stay was phenomenal as you need nothing hardly as everything is there or conveniently located downtown. Upon arrival every room was spotless and so clean and inviting. Basically it was home away from home! I would and probably 100% stay again and highly recommend it!"

"This was the perfect place to stay! The hotels nearby are overpriced and dumpy. I was able to pick up some meals at Hannaford and eat in the fully equipped kitchen. The owner checked in on me as there was an unusual heat wave and she offered to put in the air conditioner. Within walking distance to some restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again."

"Clean, quiet, and everything we needed! David was also very responsive to the couple of questions I had the first night. Came into town with a friend to hike in Baxter and this was a great place to relax and recuperate. Close enough to any gas stations, grocery stores or restaurants you may need. Awesome overall."

"3 adults (husband, wife, and adult daughter). Excellent communication with host. They even checked in with us when we arrived to see if we needed anything and answered questions we had about the area. Lots of info and recommendations about the area provided in the cabin. The view from the bright windows facing the lake was phenomenal (water and boulders, a mountain, loons, bald eagles) but, even more impressive, was the extreme cleanliness of the cabin!!!
