Good location for access to NYC. Safe neighborhood. Not fancy, but satisfactory for our needs. (Be sure to see Falls if you stay! Worth a trip into town!)

The stay was great! The location is super convenient—just 15 minutes from NYC and close to the American Dream Mall. The 3-bedroom, 2-bath setup was spacious and comfortable, and the place was clean and well-maintained. However, the listing mentions a "free washer & dryer," but that wasn’t the case. It would be helpful if that detail were clarified in the listing. Otherwise, everything else was as expected, and I would recommend it!

Review of our stay in Paterson, NJ. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed in, but it also wasn’t the best. Here’s a list of pros and cons. Pros The area was nice and did meet out needs as far as accommodations and close to attractions. Owner allowed us to check in early. Mattresses had mattress covers. Some kitchen appliances were furnished. The house was clean on the surface. Tv’s are located in the living room as well in each bedroom. High chair, booster and playpen available in the unit. Central Air was definitely a plus. WIFI code provided. Cons Shower heads were filthy and had to be cleaned. 2nd bathroom drain is clogged up with hair. Need more cooking pans, small spoons, mixing bowls, hand mixer, extra paper towels and toilet paper. Pot holders needed in the kitchen. Gas stove was not working properly, It had to be lit with lighter and had a strong gas smell. Outdoor chairs on patio would have been nice. Hot water gets extremely hot. Mold located in the 1st bathroom ceiling. Tenants living in bottom apartment using the driveway parking space. In the kitchen and bathroom, everything was constantly wet. Balcony not secure or sturdy. Gas stove is not kid friendly. Sofas was a bit small and unable to accommodate all 8 of us. Beds were extremely squeaky and loud in the master. Loud gun shots or fire works every night.

Great place near NYC to stay for our family of six. Clean, well-appointed and safe apartment. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay. We had a great time and would stay again if ever in the area!

We had two families stay here. The kids had a blast. The home smelled so clean when we arrived. Amazing pillows. Short trip to American Dream Mall and the host provided easy directions for a day trip to New York!

The place was nice overall but the neighborhood was old and run down. Hot water temperature was so hot it could scald you. One of the beds broke the first night but was fixed the very next day but still squeaked. Everything we needed was there and we had plenty of room. Take note that this is a second floor walk up in case anyone has trouble with stairs.

We recently stayed here as a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. The location was safe and near grocery stores and dining and takeout options. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Plenty of space and all the necessities of home. The location was perfect for our needs- we were in New Jersey for a family reunion and celebration- and the places we needed to go were within 5-10 miles. Giuseppe was a great host and available to help us when we reached out. Overall, great stay :)

This was our second time staying at this property, the first one with our almost one-year-old granddaughter. As before, the place was spotless and well-appointed. What we didn't plan to find was the portacrib, pack-n-play, and high chair! We were going to borrow these items from my sister, but didn't have to. When we discovered a few minor issues, we contacted Giuseppe and they were taken care of the next day. (Thanks!) This is the perfect place for anyone who is coming to NJ but would like easy access to NYC. Last time we stayed here for my niece's wedding. This time it was for her baby shower. A Saturday trip into the city to meet up with some friends for brunch and to attend a performance at The Met was an easy drive in and back. Highly recommended!

I visited New Jersey and NYC with my husband and 5 young children. This property was perfect for us. It is an easy drive from here to NYC and it has just the right amount of space. Joe (Giuseppe, the owner) was easy to work with and quick to respond to texts. This property was very clean and nicely updated with beautiful finishes. I do, however, have a few recommendations for future guests: A stopper/strainer for the kitchen sink drain, stoppers for the bathtubs in case guests would like to take a bath instead of a shower, wash cloths and hand towels for the bathrooms, more kitchen dish towels (there was only one) and a few dish cloths, too, These few items would have made the stay more comfortable, however we still enjoyed our 5 nights there. Thanks again, Joe!

The only complaint I have about this place is from my son. One remote didn't have batteries hahaha. We have an outstanding time. The owner Giuseppe was friendly and answered any and all questions. The place was super clean, more than enough space for the family. The area is quiet and the block has plenty of parking including the driveway which was reserved for our vehicle.

We could have had 2 outside garbage containers . Since it was 6 people there needed more toilet paper, garbage bags. Would have been nice to have a nightstand in bedroom and mirror, rug when first come in to hold shoes After all said and done we liked the apartment, neighborhood quiet.
