"The property is on the 3rd floor (no lift) right on the seafront. Just a pedestrian promenade separates the property from the shoreline. The views from the balcony, the sound of the sea are incredible. Also, it is wonderfully peaceful despite being a 2 minute walk from the main square and a terrific swimming location. However the check-in process was appalling and we had actually booked a hotel close by as we were initially unable to get into the flat. It took an hour on a Thursday evening...

"Der Aufenthalt bei olivia hat uns Sehr gefallen ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und auch allgemein war sie immer erreichbar und hat uns ganz lieb alles erklärt trotz Verspätung, zudem haben wir eine Super saubere Wohnung bekommen die schon komplett alles hatte was man brauchte. Wir waren rundum zufrieden :)"

"Die schön gelegene Wohnung oberhalb des Loroparks ist gepflegt, gut ausgestattet . Man mekt der Wohnung an, daß sie von Esther gut betreut und gepflegt wird. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr ruhig und war im Februar wenig bewohnt. Leider war das Schwimmbad sehr kalt und wurde somit von uns nicht benutzt."

"Wir hatten eine gute Zeit auf dem Pferdehof mit einer tollen Aussicht auf Puerto von unserer Unterkunft aus, leider konnte man die Aussicht nur von drinnen bestaunen, da der Freisitz hinter dem Apartment ist. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war leider noch zu kalt (Mai)."

"The property is perfect for a stay in Puerto de la Cruz. It is a quiet complex with a great heated pool. A 20 minute stroll down to the main promenade and a shorter, though uphill, walk to Traoro Park. The nearby Botanical Gardens are excellent as is the range of restaurants and bars."
