"We were hopeful this would be an interesting place to stay but ran into several issues with the property and manager. On the plus side, the location is great and the view is nice. On the negative side: the property is exposed to the ferry dock and the marina office with minimal sound proofing, both are very loud in the day and night time. The whole place was dirty. The place is sparsely furnished with some broken furniture, the sheets were uncomfortable and pilled sheets, there were no duvets...

"We were in Powell River to attend my grandsons final minor hockey tournament (U18 Stars) and couldn’t have selected a better place to stay! Jenn & Sean were great hosts and our accommodations were the Best. With early morning rises and many trips back and forth to the rink, we felt right at home with the comfy beds, stunning views and everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Not the hotels fault but was really annoying. Some shabbiness in the rooms, sheers in the bedroom were ripped, need to be replaced. Overll a decent place to stay."
