"Watching the sunrise was my favorite thing about this property. Incredible views! We traveled through France for a couple of weeks by car and stayed several places. Hands down the BEST shower! Lots of room and Penny is the sweetest. She gave us great ideas for site seeing. If you like pets she has 2 friendly cats, Minnie and Vintie. We found it easy to park the car in the garage. Wish the weather would have permitted using the pool but it was too cold. I highly recommend this property...

"We were 11 persons, in the age 1 to 71 years old, and a dog. The house was perfect for all of us - the pool, the beds, the kitchens and garden. The view is spectacular. The house is on the slope of the hill and has a fence all around it. The pool is in very well maintained."

Bäder und Küche sind klasse. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön auf die Berge und im Hintergrund auf das Meer. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum entspannten ein. "We had a very relaxing holiday in this excellent property in a quiet part of Vence. Everything we could wish for and needed was provided. The pool area was perfect for the adults and young leaner swimmer. The narrow approach road up a bit of a hill is something to be aware of, so a smaller car is preferable, but it isn’t really a problem. "Wonderful time in this beautiful villa. Fabulous views of the mountains around. The pool was a great success, clean, lovely sunbeds & towels provided. Plenty of space inside the villa, bedrooms comfortable, showers powerful & kitchen fridge & freezer large. A couple of niggles- No basics in kitchen so be prepared to buy oil, there was tiny amount of washing up liquid & 2 bin bags but for luxury villa I expected more. The salt pot was also empty. However, there were 3 bottles of the local wine...

The property is an ideal blend of traditional provencial architecture, but is new construction - meaning everything works - modern - fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, ample room sizes. "We had a large family group with 9 older kids - this house was great for us - the pool and pool side was really perfect for us and the large outdoor table for dining and large living room was ideal. The bedrooms on the main and upper level were simple, but perfect. Most bedrooms had AC which was a nice touch for the super hot nights. The only downside basement bedroom smelled a little damp and moldy - we had our older kids sleeping here - but I would not want to have had young children...
