Mas Pibonson welcomes you to Mougins. This 100 m² villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the main house, plus an en-suite bedroom in a separate annex. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you’ll enjoy air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine. The recently renovated interior features a warm, inviting décor for a relaxing stay.



Enjoy the terraces, including a covered one with a summer kitchen and barbecue—perfect for sharing Mediterranean days and evenings with family or friends. An intimate outdoor lounge adds extra comfort. Dine al fresco and take a dip in your private pool (5x2 m), ideal for cooling off on sunny days. Please note, pool access is via stairs.



Two on-site parking spaces are available. Events are not permitted, and we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. Access to the villa is by stairs, with bedrooms and living room on different levels. The hosts live on the property but not in the reserved villa.

The villa is in a wooded residential area, close to fast routes to Cannes. You’re at the gateway to Mougins, one of France’s most beautiful villages, famous for its art galleries and restaurants. Cannes and Grasse are 15 minutes away by car, with hiking trails and golf courses nearby. Car rental and housekeeping services are available for an extra fee.
