"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They even made a pizza for me for lunch outside the lunch time hours, and it was very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately my room smelled smokey, probably because of an unused fireplace. Also the chairs on the deck were broken and dirty, they need to be replaced. I fell through the torn seat. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I felt it was good value for money."

"The hotel was a great stay for a few days, the owner Chris is a nice guy and very accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy."

"Pro: Front desk staff was very nice and friendly man. Room is clean, no bad smell with clean towels. Walking distance to shops and restaurants Cons: Not suitable for smokers, have to go out of hotel around the corner. Cleaner was banging on door with cart at 9.30am asking us to leave. If you coming to enjoy wineries, better to book out of town. This was last min plan otherwise I prefer out of town."

"Convenient location with walking distance to train station and Club Macquarie just next door. Spacious rooms and king size beds suit family bookings."

"Very clean and very nice, wish we could have stayed a second night"

"Left one night into a two night stay to go somewhere else. Gone down hill."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The owners and amenities exceeded our expectations and the owners went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. "

"Everything was as good as always We stay there regularly. Only complaint was we were in the disabled unit room 9 and there was no outside light. It made it difficult to find where to put the key and to see where you walking."

"Good value for money. Clean accommodation."

"This is the 3rd year staying here in October for my sons golf tournament. Got to see the owner around again. Well done to Dr Schwartz! Everything is clean and well maintained. There some amenities that were low, but as soon as we notified housekeeping it was all provided quite quickly. Even though i prefer carpet, love the new floorboards they put in. Place looks so refreshed. Kids activities were still the fav! Train rides, jumping castle and love the water park. Breakfast is always so good...

"This motel is top notch. Loved everything about it. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and modern, towels were soft, body wash and shampoo were Devine. The location was fantastic. Definitely stay here again. The owners were lovely people as well."
