"Nos hicieron un upgrade sorpresa y fue muy agradable. Teníamos la Pool Villa con piscina propia. Muy cerca del coffee shop, muy tranquilo también. Quisimos quedarnos una noche mas y como no habían mas habitaciones, se las arreglaron para prepararnos una pieza improvisada y se mostraron preocupados de que no nos faltara nada. El wifi no funcionaba pero tb me facilitaron su computador. Un agrado realmente este hotel."

The staff was also very professional and extremely helpful although there were a few hiccups (will share below). Overall, this was a great place and we would choose this place again. "The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and highly informative throughout our stay. The cafeteria offered an excellent variety of food choices, all of which were enjoyable. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, and the view from the room was absolutely phenomenal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to friends and family."

"Hotel is excellent, views are spectacular and staff are wonderful people. They go above and beyond. I've deducted 1 star because the hotel rooms are not wind-tight and have no permanent heating, despite being in a cold location. Hotel owners, please fix this!"

"こんな所にホテルがあるの？という山の上にホテルはあります。雲の上にいるみたいで、素敵なところです。行くまでの道が狭いので運転手を頼んで周辺に出かけるのが良い。また運転手を手配してくれます。ウェルカムドリンクのスパイスコーヒーは、飲んだだけで癒されます。毎日の朝ごはんは、種類が豊富でおいしかった。朝のガイドつきの散歩、周辺の観光地について教えてもらった。ホテルの中のアクティビティも種類がたくさんあって良かった。スパには行かなかったけれどよさそうでした。ゆっくりしたかったので、いくつかを訪ねてみました。本当にゆっくりできました。ありがとうございました。"
