"We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Ariadne, which was well equipped with everything you might need. Admittedly, the drive to reach the villa is quite hairy but you are rewarded with spectacular views, peace and a cool climate (2-3oC cooler than the coast). "Just a perfect place to call home for our Chania trip. Quite a lot of room to spread out (uncommon for Chania). In a very quiet part of old town (also uncommon as much of Chania can be quite lively into the night) and air conditioning in the bedroom(!) -- sooo appreciated after a long day out and about in the sun. The villa itself is charming - modern but with the old rock walls that add character and history. Just a perfect place to stay. Would definitely stay at the Casa again if/when our path...
