"We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)!...

"Excellent host. Would show up on bike within 5 minutes. The home is on a beautiful archeological path you can take to see ruins. Home is located within the historical venitian Chania walls. A 3 min walk to bustling city port and center with food, drinks, and night life. The company kyriakos is amazing, we took the bus trip to elafanissi beach, tour guide was amazing, even stopping the bus at an atm to get my cash haha. So easy so professional and so many options.
