"Very clean, has everything needed for a stay. Extremely comfortable bed. Has a nice kitchen set up for a kitchenette. Very convenient location, was helping to move someone in to Cal Tech, and right near campus. If you are sensitive to noise, you can hear cars/trucks drive by because it is very close to the road. You can also hear others in the house. I brought a white noise machine. The parking lot is very tight, but able to get an SUV in there. "

"Spent a week here while visiting family in Pasadena. Property is very clean with basic furnishings. Dedicated parking space a plus. While we did not use the kitchen except for making coffee in the morning, it could potentially use some additional things for those who do plan to eat or cook there, even as simple as salt and pepper. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area again and need a place to stay."

"Property was easy to find. Very clean. Communication with owner very clear. We didn’t have a car so it was a little farther than anticipated to the Rose Bowl but overall great. Very quiet neighborhood. Found a couple good places to eat relatively close by. I highly recommend. "

"This apartment offered two large spacious bedrooms and newly renovated full bathrooms. The full kitchen and in-apartment washer and dryer were convenient amenities. I appreciated that the host stocked the apartment with all the toiletries and cleaners a guest could need. There was a covered parking spot under the unit and the location had some cute, independent coffee shops within a short walking distance.
