"Location was perfect for access to the LA convention center which is what we needed. However, there are some big deficiencies that have been reported to the Manager. This home is not equipped at the moment to cater to a group larger than 4 people as there's insufficient flatware and cutlery, no saucepans, limited glassware, bathroom needs more attention when cleaning. We were told dishtowels aren't supplied, The home accommodates up to 14 people, yet the coffee maker was tiny and only served...

"Rental was great. Plenty of room for our family. Comfortable family room for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the laundry in the unit. Parking was easy. Bathroom shower off the hallway has a bad leak and the floor was soaked. Love the location, we could walk to Starbucks and many fun restaurants. "

Host super on communication and accomodating with all of our questions, requests.Quiet neighborhood, easy access by uber and great parking - next time we'll rent one as the garage is secure and door opens directly into townhouse entrance. Stairs to enter and stairs to 2nd level bedrooms but not an issue for my group. We'll definitely stay again."
