The garage is a bit snug so a compact car would be a plus but we were able to fit two small SUV’s with some careful maneuvering. Super quiet neighborhood. "Cannot beat the location! So close to the beach and pier which was fantastic. The house is behind a restaurant which I was not expecting. Our first night, there was a private party that didn’t get started until 10pm but luckily the AC window unit drowned out the noise. The only negative was parking. There are spots in front of the house but it’s first come first serve, so if we were lucky enough to get a spot we didn’t want to move the car and not everything we were doing was walking distance....

"Three of my grown children and spouses as well as one 20 mo old grandchild stayed here a week for wedding activities of my son who lives in the LA area. The space was wonderful with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The large kitchen was great a well. We also enjoyed the neighborhood taking stroller walks with my grandson and enjoyed pool time as well. The location was convenient to the wedding location as well as other attractions. Check in and out was a breeze. Beautiful, well kept...
