"Stayed with family for 3 nights. The lodge is lovely, was clean and ideal to have the 3 en-suite bathrooms.Unfortunately the weather wasn’t on our side so we didn’t get much use of the deck area but would’ve been lovely had the sun come out. One of the showers kept dripping but it didn’t bother us as the sound of the rain drowned it out and when you closed the door to the bathroom we didn’t hear it. "Well proportioned, clean property set within a beautiful location. Would happily stay again at this price point. Could be noted that the site Wi-Fi is essentially £30 a week which is mildly annoying, but hopefully you’ll be spending your days out and about enjoying the incredible scenery!"

"We had an amazing week at Ullswater Cabin. The cabin itself was perfect for a week for a family of 4 with children aged 7 and 10. They loved the table tennis and pool facilities. The location of the cabin is great both on the site itself and within the lakes. We didn’t need to drive for more than 20 minutes to go anywhere (we could have if we wanted to but didn’t need to) and fitted so much into one week. Would definitely recommend. "

"Very clean and tidy, perhaps a little dated but the hot tub more than made up for it. Stress and hassle free the check in process was easy. The site is very well maintained making it an all round relaxed and very enjoyable stay."

"Lovely caravan in a convenient and beautiful location. The caravan itself was clean and well equipped. The outdoor bath was a huge hit with the children. The owners of the farm on which the caravan is located couldn't be more friendly and accommodating if they tried. My son, 13, had a brilliant time helping to milk the cows. He didn't want to leave really. The amount of space for the children to play in was great too. I'd certainly recommend this place to families."

"This place is not about the cleanliness or hygiene, it about getting back into the natural world, seeing Mother Nature at her best, taking advantage of the lovely wilderness. It was so peaceful and tranquil, the sound of the stream next to us was amazing! Would definitely recommend! Currently looking for my own hut I’ve lived it so much!"
