"The hotel and staff were top-notch. The area around is typical “rural” Vietnamese. If you are a Westerner- looking for a pristine beach experience- you won’t like this area (but you WILL like the hotel). If you are used to Southeast Asia travel- you will really enjoy it. Note: we were the only Westerners we saw- and we felt like rock stars. Everyone said “hello.” All the kids ran up to us giggling. "

"The place was beautifull but there were parties every day. Very loud. Techno and kareoke. No peace at all. Even sitting in our room with closed door was impossible. Tried to tell staff. Noone speaks English and they couldnt stop the parties You can only pay with Vietnamese bank transfer. Not w cash or credit card"

"I was very disappointed on the check in day. First time I met an unfriendly and rude attitude reception, Hưng. The room was booked with a garden view. But it didn’t have any view which was different in the web photo. I complaining about it. Hung said that is the name of the room. Later I found out, it was the worst room of the first floor. The buffet breakfast was unbelievable. Customer can only choose one meal and a drink from the menu. I know that was week day, not many customers but...

"Everything was great. The villa was clean and spacious though smelled a little weird. Life guards are cool once you get to know them. There was only a few guest in the whole area. Parking staff were rude and charged us even though free parking was in the listing."

"The hotel was for a overnight stay before reboarding a cruise. Modern building but aging. Rooms were Ok but lots of things didn't work (Lights in bathroom, main room light flicking, etc) Staff were VERY helpful. Restaurant was adequate but staff service was poor."
