"The place is rated as 5 stars on Expedia. I’m not sure how this is the case. There were bugs all over and the bedding (including pillowcases) had stains on them. I felt disgusted sleeping on the bedding. The bed was hard, my back hurt. The elevators to the unit, were disgustingly over crowded and super slow. Overall, the stay here is the worst I’ve ever experienced and feel that the photos and reviews were truly misleading. Expedia, please remove this from your listing or else you’ll lose...

"the facility is excellent, had stayed there before and really liked it, but this time the staff was often gone. only a maid there to check us in, so she had to keep calling the manager. we arrived hot and tired but there was a power outage and no generator, so quite miserable. I made a mistake with my reservation, but again she had to call the manager to get an upgrade. Also we were often locked in or out and couldn't get in or out without major difficulty."

"The building was old but I was impressed as they had kept it clean as new. The staff were friendly and very helpful when I asked questions. Breakfast was great as it has had variety of food for vegetarian folks like us. I would recommend since it definitely deserves a 5 stars rating."

"It was listed as premier room with partial sea view. But room was not at all fully equiped, there was no kettle, 1 or 2 glasses, 1/2 plates, It’s supposed to be an apartment with stove and utensils but NOt. There was no towels The fridge was not working cooling properly. Bed sheets were left in the washer. However, those were provided the next day after asking.
