"The best hotel in Islamabad.
Gigantic security outside. You feel really safe. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds are the best i ever slept in. Great AC. Minibar is included. Alot of free water bottles in the room. They offer free Airport taxi if you tell them in advance. They have a chocolate Bar every day in the reception area that is totally free for taste different chocolates and pralins.
Only bad is that there is no outdoor swimming pool and they could offer some more choices of bread...

"Avoid this hotel. The customer service is atrocious and you do NOT get free breakfast as promised. You don’t get any breakfast at all! And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. "
"After chat contact, the property let us know we could check in after 14.00. However, arrival at the property at 17.30 gave us a big surprise. "Booked for three days but left after the first night. Horrible staff that said that they dont even have listings on Expedia and that we would have to pay cash , luckily we got hold of the manager who confirmed that we indeed had a booking and that we already had paid.
The major issue was the cleaniness of the room. Everything stank and there were stains on pillows, matress etc. Bathroom was also disgusting.
The only positive thing was that it is located in a safe area of Islamabad that is close...
