"During my stay I was assisted by reception who were professional and very helpful by booking taxis and providing information about the area.
Their security was also very thorough.
It's a well located, extremely comfortable hotel which is perfect for exploring the city.
The breakfast is also very good.

"Even though breakfast was included and i needed to leave for work early but no breakfast was given saying we will give once you come back as its too early. We came back and they were still so reluctant to provide breakfast but on insistance they eventually did. "

"Avoid this hotel. The customer service is atrocious and you do NOT get free breakfast as promised. You don’t get any breakfast at all! And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. "
