It started with poor communication by the host and then went to ghosting communication on the day of arrival. We had requested an early check in if at all possible but never received a response. "The house is in a great location with lots of trees and views of the bay. It’s a well appointed and comfortable place. Our only issue was having to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the rest. It limited privacy for that guest. The elevator was not working so this was the only option. Otherwise we had a great stay."

"Super sweet, but there is no front desk or staff at this hotel. The hotel was great; charming,veo many nice touches everywhere. The beds and linens were super soft. I guess I didn't read the part where there was not a staff member on site to greet or help. The keyless check-in was fine, I just missed a human. Guess I'm getting old."
