"Great location but needs more attention to detail. Heavy dust on ac return and fiberglass insulation in ac register in bedroom. Very loud with neighbors in the duplex next door due to crawl space that cause echos. Check in instructions need be updated as the unit has changed and misleading on what to look for upon arriving.
