Inside, you’ll find an open living space with comfortable seating, Smart TV and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, generous counter space and breakfast-bar seating.



Both bedrooms feature queen beds, Smart TVs and ceiling fans, giving everyone their own comfortable place to unwind. The updated bathroom features a spacious walk-in/rain shower, and an in-home washer and dryer makes longer stays especially convenient.



You’ll also have off-street parking for 3 cars, Wi-Fi and a dedicated laptop workspace.



One of the best things about Tipsy Tangerine is the location. The home is close to the Bay Pines VA campus and provides convenient access to Madeira Beach, Seminole, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach and downtown St. Petersburg. The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System is approximately 0.3 mile away.



When you’re ready for the Gulf, Madeira Beach offers the classic Florida combination of sand, Gulf water and sunsets. Nearby John’s Pass provides waterfront restaurants, shopping, boating and other activities.

Other things to note



Please note: Tipsy Tangerine Cottage shares the property with a separate 1-bedroom rental cottage at the back of the property. No patios or outdoor spaces are shared beyond the parking area, which has 5 parking spots in total: 3 for Tipsy Tangerine Cottage and 2 for the Garden Cottage at the rear. Both homes have their own private patios and porches, and there are no shared interior or exterior spaces besides the parking area. The garage is not available for guest use. Up to 2 guests may be staying in the rear Garden Cottage, and they walk along one side of the house to reach their rental, so you may occasionally see someone coming or going (or if you close the side shades, you may not see anyone at all).
