Even with all the phone calls to confirm, the process the check-in confirmation was not provided until two hours after the scheduled check-in time. "Our kids had an absolute ball, staff were lovely, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we went for the 2 days this year that we got torrential rain and suddenly chilly winds, bad luck for us. We were unable to do mini golf, go carts, or jumping pillow as they were closed off. Kids loved the splash pad so really happy that was still able to be used. Great value for money though, hope to go back when it’s sunny!!!"

"No issues, clean small room with AC, friendly staff and option to leave bags after checkout. Amenities were a little lacking such as toilet paper (very thin), very basic body wash and shampoo. Cleaning chemicals used were also not pleasant. Overall good hotel, minor things, would stay again."

"The property needs maintenance inside and out, my 3.30pm check-in sent me to a room that had not been made up. Language difficulties so I will definitely recommend elsewhere 😇"

"The room was clean however the family room was just two singles and a double sofa bed, the price for 1st night was okay but second night was quite high for what we got. The bigger room should have a queen bed with a single. The beds were uncomfortable."
